STEP 2 – Crack & Chip Repair
Next, we repair all cracks, chips, and rough spots using high-quality fillers.
Once the repairs harden (usually in about 25 minutes), we sand everything smooth and vacuum the area so the surface is completely clean and ready for coating.
STEP 3 – Base Coat Application
We apply a strong adhesive base coat that matches your chosen flake color.
This layer bonds tightly to the concrete and serves as the foundation for your new floor.
We make sure every part of the floor — including edges and steps — is evenly covered.
STEP 4 – Decorative Flakes
While the base coat is still wet, we broadcast decorative vinyl flakes across the surface for a colorful, slip-resistant finish.
After the coating cures, we scrape away excess flakes and vacuum the surface to leave it smooth and even.
STEP 5 – Clear Protective Top Coat
Finally, we apply a clear, high-gloss top coat that seals and protects your new floor.
It gives your garage a beautiful shine and long-lasting durability that’s resistant to UV rays, chemicals, and everyday wear and tear.
Curing time depends on weather:
- Foot traffic: 24 hours
- Vehicle traffic: 72 hours

Once the floor is fully cured, our team returns to unload your POD, wipe down your belongings, and organize your garage using shelves, cabinets, or slat walls — whatever fits your setup best.
